Blue Diamond Industries – Clinton, SC

Project Description

Renovation of a 250,000 SF warehouse in Clinton SC. The daily operations will consist of producing underground fiber optic conduits. We had to work closely with the power company to provide enough power for all the equipment. We renovated office space along with upgrading the restrooms to be ADA-compliant. Installed new chiller systems for the equipment.

Project Description

Renovation of warehouse and office space for a trucking and logistics company. Included cutting in new roll-up doors with loading docks, renovation of a main office and managers office with restrooms.
